You get a polished plan with curated hotel recommendations, day-by-day pacing, and clear booking guidance—so you can book confidently (and quickly).
Includes: intake questionnaire + 1:1 planning call, curated hotel shortlist, suggested itinerary, logistics/transfer guidance, “book-this-next” roadmap.

This is for travelers who want it handled professionally. We design your itinerary, recommend the right hotels and experiences, and then take booking off your plate. You’ll have expert guidance on location, room category, timing, and value, plus a clear itinerary you can actually follow. You approve the options; we coordinate the reservations and keep everything organized in one place.
Includes: everything in Stardust Plan plus booking/coordination for hotels (and trip components as desired), confirmations organized and delivered cleanly, pre-trip “ready to go” check.
Best for: busy professionals, milestone trips, and anyone who wants fewer decisions and a cleaner execution.

Stardust Signature Concierge

Your trip should feel elevated, not stressful. Signature Concierge is our most hands-on service: we design the experience, book the key pieces, and stay in your corner through departure. Think: refined hotel selection, smart pacing, thoughtful upgrades, and real-world logistics that prevent travel friction. This is comfort-first travel with a professional running point—so you can focus on the fun part.
Includes: everything in Plan + Book plus priority planning, experience curation, dining recommendations (on request), timeline management, and on-trip support for the “we need help” moments.

With 30+ years of group planning experience, Stardust Destinations handles destination strategy, hotel sourcing, contracts, ground logistics, attendee communications, and a polished day-by-day itinerary designed for recognition moments and real connection.
